Reverse Osmosis (RO)Plant

Reverse osmosis is a high pressure energy efficient water separation process. It is a method of extracting essentially pure and fresh water from polluted or salt water by forcing the water under pressure against a semi-permeable membrane, which passes the pure water molecules, but filters out salts and other dissolved impurities.

In the DWTPL RO System, the water is treated at the molecular level by the reverse osmosis process thus ensuring the removal of all impurities such as excessive salts, micro-organisms, and other products left behind by disinfection products and chemical toxins. This principle is also used in our Desalination Plants for extracting pure and fresh water from sea water.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that can remove many types of molecules and ions from solutions and is used in both industrial processes and to produce potable water. We provide RO plants of capacity from 25 LPH to 10,000 LPH meeting commercial as well as industrial requirements.

Applications:

Used in industrial processes as well as to produce potable (drinking) water.Used in waste water treatment also.











Demineralization/De-Ionization

Demineralised Water treatment plant is based on Ion Exchange technology. It comprises of minimum two vessels filled with cation and anion exchange resin respectively. It removes 99% of ions present in water and hence reduces TDS / EC by 99%. Available in range of diameters to meet different requirements of flow rate, output and quality.

Mixed Bed Plant contains single vessel filled with cation as well as anion exchange resin. This system works as a polisher unit and provides ultra pure water of IP grade.

Applications:

Used in industry to produce Mineral Free (very low conductivity) ultra pure Water













Softening Plant

The presence of Ca & Mg (known as hardness) lead to the formation of scale which in turn results into clogging of pipelines & fixtures, scaling of boiler tubes, Heat Exchangers, etc. This softener contains Cation Exchange Resin which removes cations (positively charged ions) from the water (i.e., reduces this hardness in feed water) & prevent scale formation which in turn ensures optimum heat transfer & efficient performance.

Applications:

Used in industry, residential & commercial places to save plumbing (pipes) & equipments from scaling.































Filteration Plant

Pressure Sand Filter is recommended for the removal of suspended & visible impurities like sand, silt, heavy metals etc. It reduces Turbidity and TSS of water. It contains Graded Sand media inside Pressure Vessel.

Activated Carbon Filter removes Colour, Odour, organic matter, VOC, Chlorine and hundreds of manmade chemicals through Adsorption. It contains Activated Carbon (Higher the Iodine Value of Activated Carbon, better the quality) suppDemineralised Water treatment plant is based on Ion Exchange technology. It comprises of minimum two vessels filled with cation and anion exchange resin respectively. It removes 99% of ions present in water and hence reduces TDS / EC by 99%. Ultrafiltration Plant

Ultrafiltration is pressure driven membrane process technology which filters water up to 0.01 micron size. Typically, It removes high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt (SDI), and organic as well as inorganic polymeric molecules. It serves as a pre-treatment before RO plant.

Pre-treatment to RO based W. Treatment Plants

Production of potable water through low TDS water.













Microfiltration Plant

Microfiltration is done through Micron Cartridge (MC) Filter or Bag Filter. It can filter water up to 0.1 micron particle size. It removes Suspended solids completely and reduces Turbidity to <1 NTU.

Pre-treatment to RO based W. Treatment Plants

Production of potable water through low TDS water.













U.V. Disinfection Systems & Ozonation

We do provide all types of UV Disinfection and Ozone systems. U.V. Disinfection system is very effective Viricide and Bactericide and is fitted primarily on pipeline as per the liquid flow rate. Ozone is not only used for the production of various organic compounds like pharmaceuticals, lubricants but also in disinfection of water.
